Scientific benefits of a strong core include :

- Improved posture
- Quicker recovery from existing injuries
- Better output during sports (running, weight lifting, etc!)

I am a professional teacher of both yoga and pilates, and have combined elements from both of these practices to develop a lesson to build you a strong core, and bulletproof body!
