Kurspaket Inhalt
Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 "Gutscheine" sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.
Kursinhalt
I used to be in National team for Japanese Synchronized swimming. And I have been performing for the show in Las Vegas since I retired National team.
So I will be YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER!!
This is the lesson pack!!
For 4 times , 1700 points for 1 lesson. (Usually 1800 for 1 lesson)
We are going to do a small counseling befor the ressons, I want to know how is your condition today. Because I do not want to make you feel bad.
You can order what do you want or what do you want to be!
Then I will make the training menu for YOU after the counseling! And We will do that training togather!
-Workout (cardio, weight training, hard training, HIIT, circuit training...etc)
be good shape, for healthy
-Stretching
be flexible, for relaxing
-Diet
for health, increase metabolism
something like that.
My students are asking me like this
' I want to get nice curves until the summer.'
'Today, I feel tired, I want to do some stretch insted of workout.'

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

• Mehr als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ Stornierung jederzeit möglich

• No-Show→ Stornogebühren können anfallen.
(Der Betrag kann je nach TutorIn variieren. Bitte nimm Kontakt mit Deiner Tutorin/ Deinem Tutor auf.)
