Lesson Pack Details
This is a 2-lesson pack. You will be issued 1 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 45 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

こちらのコースでは2回パックで初回レッスンのヒアリングから最大14日間、毎日の食事を写真を撮って送るもしくはメモをとって送って頂き、毎日送るのが難しい場合はお好きな日をお決め頂けます。
それを元に2回目のレッスンで改善状況の確認を行います。
1ヶ月や長期で続けたい方は再度お申込みをお待ちしております。
その場合は好きな日にご予約ください。
減量や増量に向けて取り組みたい方
禁煙や禁酒でどうしても食事量が増えてしまう方
ストレスで食事が安定しない方
トレーニングしていても筋量が増えない方
健康診断で引っかかる項目がある方
希望であれば、体重や体脂肪率、筋肉量など継続して測っているデータがあれば共有できます。
更に一日の過ごし方や運動量、歩数、血圧、心拍数、睡眠時間等も詳しく測れるものがあれば共有できます。
ご自身の目標に向けて計画的に無理なく身体作りをしていきましょう。
持病や疾患がある、もしくは妊娠中の場合は必ず申し出て頂けますようお願いいたします。
医師や栄養士では無いので、あくまでもスポーツトレーナーとしての食事や生活面でのアドバイスとなります。

Política de cancelación del(de la) tutor/a
Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

• Menos de 6 horas antes de que la clase de comienzo→ Coupon will be consumed.
• No-Show→ Coupon will be consumed.

食事記録は毎日送りましたが、チェックはその日にしてくれる日もあれば数日まとめてという日もあったり、割とゆるい感じでした。でも今まで食事の見直しなんてしたことないし、意志の弱さが金メダル級の私にとって、最初からガチガチに細かくチェックされるとプレッシャーで逆にストレスになりそうなので、このゆったりした… more2022-11-19
