私は日本代表時代にプレッシャーや多くのハプニングにより、メンタルが壊れてしまったことがあります。自分の存在価値がわからなくなりました。
しかし引退後、メンタルヘルスの重要性に気付き、スポーツメンタリスト、メンタルトレーニングスペシャリストの資格を獲得しました。私と同じような状況にある人や、多くの人の心の支え、助けになりたいと思います。
