This class dives into the philosophy of balance and simplicity of traditional Japanese cuisine.
Elisha, born and raised in Saitama, Japan is your host and guide in teaching you step by step how to make simple, real AND delicious sushi starting from an introduction into the making of sushi rice.
Menu(for one person)
∞ 1 cucumber maki roll
∞ 1 salmon maki roll
*One roll makes 6 pieces
*If you don't like salmon you can substitute for fresh shrimp or tuna

Before the start of the class please prepare:
For the sushi:

30g cucumber
60g raw fresh salmon
1 sheet of nori(dry seaweed)

Wasabi per preference
For the sushi rice:

9ml rice vinegar
8ml honey
2g salt
Utensils:

1 sushi mat
1 small pot
1 big(but not XXL) bowl
A wooden spatula or a spoon
A knife
A chopping board
2 medium size plate to put prepared ingredient and finished sushi roll on
Small plate for the soy sauce

An apron
Hand towel
A phone or a camera to take souvenir photos
