레슨 상세 내용  

Sitting meditation. Don't worry about your position. You can be sitting in the position that is most comfortable to you, making sure your back is straight and you can focus on your breath. I started meditation in Zen style about 10 years ago. Usually I just do silent meditation without guidance, but we could do a guided meditation also. We can read a koan tohether and have a short discussion after about the things that are preocupying you at the moment or about the meditation practice. We can discuss at the beginning how long do you want to do the meditation and how long you want to talk after.
