I'm Kasumi.
This class is for Japanese language leaner.The class is exercise or stretching that will be conducted in mostly Japanese.
You can learn Japanese phrases with taking some movement in a relaxing feeling.
I'm not fluent in English, but I'm a professional dance and yoga teacher, so,you would be able to learn useful Japanese words or phrases in the class.
For example:
『Body parts』
頭(あたま)head
手(て)hand
お腹(おなか)stomach
『Action』
息を吸って(いきをすって)breathe in
右手を挙げて(みぎてをあげて)raise your right arm up
仰向けに寝ましょう(あおむけにねましょう)lie down on your back
If you translate these literally, it will be a little strange, so you could learn natural Japanese in this class.
Repeating is most effective practice for to get the languages.
I say often same word in the class,so you could be getting catch those words in naturally, and remembering is easier with gesture.
It doesn't need a speaking skill of Japanese, just listening and communicate.
We can talk Japanese in last part of the class.(about 10min.)
Free conversation would be fine,it's good for your output practice.
