Lesson Pack Details
This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 45 days of the confirmation date of the first request.
Description
ロシアのスタイルでは、腕のポジションは、「準備ポジション」「第１ポジション」「第２ポジション」「第３ポジション」の４つです。
指先の作り方、上体の保ち方、腕の通り道と動かし方を覚えたら、６つある基本のポール・ドゥ・ブラを音楽に合わせて練習してみましょう。
《レッスン内容例》
☆第1回：ポジションと第1ポール・ドゥ・ブラ
準備ポジション、第1、第2、第3ポジションの位置
第1ポール・ドゥ・ブラを音楽に合わせて
☆第2回：第3ポール・ドゥ・ブラ
上体を前後に曲げる動きを伴うポール・ドゥ・ブラの練習
☆第3回：第２ポール・ドゥ・ブラと第４ポール・ドゥ・ブラ
エポールマンの概念とクロワゼ５番ポジション
エポールマン・クロワゼで行う、第２・第４ポール・ドゥ・ブラを音楽に合わせて
☆第４回：第５ポール・ドゥ・ブラと第６ポール・ドゥ・ブラ
第５ポール・ドゥ・ブラと、脚の動きを伴う第６ポール・ドゥ・ブラ
※全４回を、ポジションの練習のみにするなど、内容はご希望に応じて変えられますのでご相談ください。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
Before request is confirmed (fixed)
• Cancellation possible at any time without charge.
After request is confirmed (fixed)
• More than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ Cancellation is possible at any time.
• Less than 24 hours before lesson start time.→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
• No-Show→ The tutor may take a cancellation fee.
(Please check with the tutor for details.)
