Hello! My name is Elaine. 

I have many hobbies and would love to help others learn a few of them. 

Flute Lessons:

I have been playing flute for 10 years. I was first chair in concert band while in high school out of about 20 flutists. 

I would be excellent for beginners who have no experience and those who do know how to play and looking to perform more intermediate or advanced pieces. 

Ukulele Lessons:

Anyone with two hands can play the ukulele! I love string instruments but this is the only one I can play, so take my word for it. :)

If you're just needing an extra push or even a lot of help, we could be a great match.




English Lessons:

English class has been my favorite subject from Elementary - High School. I still love to write and do so solely for pleasure. 

If you are someone who needs help stringing words together or simply learning more vocabulary, I would love to help.

Massage Lessons:

Are you interested in massage but afraid to go through the schooling just to find out it's not for you?

Do you want to massage your loved ones because you're a nice person but reading things online isn't helping?

I've been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 4 years. I went through 1 year of schooling for it, a total of 750 hours, not counting extra certification for prenatal massage. 

Massage isn't a hobby for me but my career. I would love to teach anything I can about it.

Are We a Good Personality Match?

I am patient. I will not get angry at you for not understanding something or if you're unable to perform correctly. I will always try to find the best way to help you based on how you learn. 

I have a great sense of humor. I am not easily insulted and would love to laugh while still keeping a good learning environment. 

Honestly, I can't think of too many people who I wasn't able to get along with. I am very open minded and not quick to judge. 

What will the lessons actually be like?

Because everyone is different, I don't have set lesson plans. 

For any instrument lessons, I will find music sheets that will suit your level and your personal tastes. 

For any English lessons, there would be two parts depending on what you want to improve on. 

Vocabulary: A lot of reading materials! But first, we will go over what subject material you prefer. :) Even if it's from scientific to fantasy. 

Writing: A lot of writing! Depending on what your favorite topics are we will decide a story to write about, research project, poetry, etc. The world is our oyster. 

For any massage lessons, we will discuss on what your level of interest is. There may be many videos to watch but it will be worth it. I also have all my materials from trade school available, like books and lessons I have done myself. You definitely won't be bored.
