Hi. I am teacher Lel from South Africa. I am an experience private tutor who has been working with kids for the past 2 years. I have obtained a TEFL Certificate via Teacher Record recently. My interests include reading and writing which I believe feed off my passion for teaching. I am friendly, enthusiastic and respectful which are the values I instill in my learners as well. My teaching style is primarily centered on class engagement. I adapt my teaching style in order to cater for everyone and make the material as interesting as possible. I believe that engaging with my learners allow me to understand as to which aspects of the learning journey we need to focus the most on and where we have grown academically. I also understand that not all learners are the same therefore I also cater to every learners needs in the classroom to ensure that no one is left behind. I like to use group exercises, colorful PowerPoint slides and even videos where possible to demonstrate my learning points. I believe this is something which increases student interest significantly, and from my experience, leads to a better learning experience overall.
