讲师休假中。
Hello! My name is Maria and I've been a yoga and dance teacher for the past 10 years in Europe and Asia.I'm half french, half portuguese and I live in Asia since a long time.
I have over 700 hours of yoga and dance training (200 YTT in Ashtanga, 300 YTT in yoga therpapy, 50 hours aerial yoga, xpert dance training ) and am also a meditation script writer. In Asia, I taught in community centers, private schools, university, company classes, studios and all ages from kindergarten to working professionals in their 50s and older.
I speak English, French, Portuguese, Mandarin and I have some notion in Spanish and Italian.



I specialize in :

  •  mindfulness
  •  flow, 
  • yoga restorative,
  •  nidra, 
  • flexibility 
  •  yin yoga.
There is also a lot of physical benefits practicing yoga, now we spend a lot of time in a seated position and in front of our computer, and it creates a long of tension in our body.

I understand that finding a Yoga Teacher that makes you comfortable may be difficult. I promise that I am 100% PROFESSIONAL AND CERTIFIED on every level and as YOUR YogaTeacher I can guarantee that:
