Hello.
My name is Miki and I am a yoga instructor.
In 2011, I was introduced to Ashtanga Yoga,
I then completed Ken Harakuma's Yoga Instructor training course in 2016.
In 2019, I began teaching yoga.
I have also completed the IYC Yin Yoga Instructor Training Course in 2020.
As I practice every day, I have been able to find the amount of practice and pace that suits me the best.
Nowadays, I don't always stick to Ashtanga yoga, but rather, I try to follow practices that suit my mind and body's condition the best on that day.
I wasn't very flexible when I started Yoga, so it took me quite a long way to get here. I hope to share my experience with you, as I myself have had to take many detours to reach my current level.
You can still do yoga even if you're not very flexible or not good at sports.
