Regarding DST and Christmas
2017년 11월 3일
Hello students!
I hope you are all doing well.
DST (Daylight Savings Time) will begin in Canada on November 5th. This means that we will set our clocks back 1 hour. I'm considering adding an extra hour to my schedule for early-risers in Japan, but I haven't made that decision yet. I hope that this automatic change doesn't cause any problems for students. If it does, please let me know and perhaps we can work something out.
I will take December 20th to January 5th off to celebrate Christmas with my family. I usually teach during the Christmas break, but I've decided to not open any slots during this time. I would like to use this time to make some adjustments to my Cafetalk profile and lesson ion, study French and relax with my family. Even though I won't be teaching any classes, I will still allow students to make bookings (for lessons after my holiday) and send messages.
For those who have coupons from purchasing lesson packs, I can extend your coupons by one month if the validity of any of the coupons overlaps with my vacation time. Please let me know if you need me to do this. I want to make sure all students who legitimately wanted to use all of their coupons are able to do so.
Best wishes,
Rhys
