This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 45 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

Mat Pilates Exercise
ピラティス初心者でも一から丁寧に教えます。
ピラティスは、体幹の強さ、柔軟性、姿勢を改善しながらストレスを軽減する、衝撃の少ないワークアウトです。
私はワークアウト インストラクターで、ダンサーでもあり体の使い方、構造については長年学んできました。それに加えマットピラティス講師の講座を修了し様々な角度から生徒の皆様の体の悩みを改善するお手伝いをします。
すべての動きにユニークで正確で安全なアプローチを取り入れています。
寝つきが悪い方、腰痛が年々悪化している方、コンピューターを使う仕事で運動する機会が無い方、筋トレやスポーツジムのトレーニングでは体形が変わらなかったという経験をお持ちの方にピラティスはとてもお勧めです。
またダンサーの方にも今よりももっと踊りやすい体の作り方の提案をします。

器具は必要ありません。マット又はカーペットの上で行うエクササイズです。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
