Dies ist ein 5-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 4 "Gutscheine" sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 30 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

このビデオレッスンでは、生徒と先生が一緒に行います。

なので、少し練習することができます！
レッスン前に
電話の音が消える．メディテーションとは自分と自分の時間を作るタイムなのでその時電話もできません^^自分に大事にしましょうそれでストレスが偉しましょう！
リラックシングな環境
瞑想中に座るクッションを用意するか、椅子でも大丈夫ですし，
あるいは床に寝転んでもオッケー！
光を抑えたリラックスルーム（明るすぎない，暗すぎもない笑）
リラックスしていますが、眠っているわけではないので、レッスン前に少し寝て、リフレッシュして充電してください。
呼吸法と瞑想法を教えます。
レッスンは大人向けで、簡単な英語から上級者向けの英語まで理解できる人に適しています。
これを毎日行うと、人生が向上します！

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.
