I mainly use the “Sun Salutation movement” in this lesson.
It is based on dynamic movements of the entire body while moving the entire body dynamically.
It is also a good way to move your sleeping muscles and refresh your body.
◎What you need to prepare ◎
・Yoga mat (or a large bath towel)
・Comfortable clothes to move in
・Cardigan and socks to keep your body warm
・Water

We will start with sitting in a cross-legged position and do yoga breathing exercises.
We will use a variety of breathing techniques depending on the time of year and the student.
After that, we slowly move the whole body.
We move the whole body with our breath via the “Sun Salutation movement”
From there, we will move rhythmically through a variety of poses. Then, from a seated position, we will move into poses that improve flexibility and breathing.
Finally, we'll move into a relaxation pose on our backs to calm the whole body. At the sound of the bell, you will get up, sit down and we will breathe together, and the lesson will end. This is the basic flow. I can teach from beginner to intermediate level upon request.
