This class is recommended to wake up your whole body and to get back into exercise.

(This is basic beginner level, but all levels available upon request)

・Yoga mat (or a large bath towel)
・Comfortable clothes to move in
・Cardigan and socks to keep your body warm

I’m going to explain the basic flow of this lesson.
First, we will loosen up your whole body by relaxing the body and taking short periods of time for simple yoga breathing exercises.
Then we'll warm up the body with full body movements, flowing movements, and sometimes some challenging poses.
After that, depending on the content, we may have a Yin Yoga pose where we hold a pose for a long time, or we may have a cool down pose, and then a resting pose at the end.
We get up at the sound of the bell.
We will sit and breathe together, and the lesson will end.
