  • Assist with guest / customer requests and questions
  • Deal with guest / customer complaints
  • How to upsell 
  • How to reply to guest / customer feedback on social media
  • How to write an email
  • How to deal with difficult guests / customers
You will learn important vocabulary, pronunciation, tone and culture.
