ダンス経験はバレエ、フラメンコ、社交ダンス、ラテンと多岐にわたります。
フラメンコといえば少し敷居が高いイメージがあるかもしれませんが、私のレッスンでは
フラメンコの基本的な動きをもとによりモダンな振り付けでダンスを楽しんでいただく事を
目標にしています。
レッスンの前半では芯のあるしっかりとした美しい体づくりのためのストレッチなどを行い
後半でステップ、振り付けの指導をします。
楽しく美しい芯のある体づくりを目指してトライしてみてください。
