Description
The lesson will consist of :
- 30 minutes of British English conversation practice, with FULL CORRECTIONS both in the class and detailed notes sent after the class.
- 15 minutes of exercise (I am professional Personal Trainer with over 12 years of experience)
The exercise is your choice!
We can either do :
- High Intensity Interval Training
- Yoga
- Gentle Relaxed Exercise to benefit MIND, BODY and SPIRIT
- Stretching
- Core Training
And more.
It is your choice!
Simply let me know before our class (I will need at least 24 hours to design you a specific programme) or alternatively let me do the designing for you.
If I do not hear from you before our lesson I will you create a balanced exercise class which contains all elements of fitness and will be gentle to medium difficulty.
We can either do the exercise at the beginning, the middle or the end of the session. Again - it is entirely your choice.
This class was created to fill a void that many students and fitness enthusiasts have asked be filled.
Many people nowadays want to learn English and also want to be healthy. But how is it possible to find the time to do both?
