ヨガやキネティックの動きを取り入れたストレッチと、筋肉をほぐすマッサージを行います。
身体の不調や悩みがありましたら、先にメッセージでその旨伝えて頂けましたら、生徒さんい合ったレッスンを提供いたします。
動きやすい服装でご参加くださいませ。
