Come and join me in a fun, relaxed dance session.

Description
You don't need to be flexible, or to have a particular level of fitness, in order to enjoy this class. We will warm up our bodies and then listen to music which has different moods in it, so that we can access different ways of expressing ourselves.
The music is a mix of styles, from Classical to tribal house, and if you decide to take this class regularly, Iam happy to personalise the playlist to your tastes.
There are no instructions, and no steps to follow - you are smply invited to move your body how you would like to, and connect to yourself and the music.
