It was a great lesson. He flexibly responses my request, so I really appreciate it. While he logically explains about the meditation, he is still spiritual and philosophical. The way he thinks probably matches with the way I think, so for me, everything he explains makes sense and is helpful.

The class with Ayumi.T was the best stretching class that I've ever had in my entire life.
She's an amazing teacher and I would recommend her to everybody, no matter if they are a beginner or advanced.

Hilary-Sensei is friendly, kind, and relatable. She is also kid friendly so I highly recommend her yoga lesson for mama's who want to take a little yoga break. Even if you don't speak a lot of Japanese but at least study or understand simple Japanese body and yoga terms you should give her lesson a try. She speaks great conversational English as well!

The tutor is very professional and knowledgeable. He has strong passion on sports that he is able to handle different types of topic in sports. In the lesson, we talked about the news of Women's Tennis Association May Cancel China Tournaments, which was a hot topic few months ago. During the discussion, he inspired me to see one matter from different point of views. It was amazing that he leaded the whole conversation without dead air in 30 minutes. I am greatly impressed that the tutor sent me a lost of supplementary readings which related to Uyghurs and Olympic game 2022 in the feedback. Thanks for his lesson.
