テレビなどであまりにも健康に関する番組が多いので、少し皮肉ぽくなったのですが、こんな英文を作ってみました。
Today, many of us think exercise is necessary to maintain our health from many informations by researchers: it's good for boosting immunity, reducing stress, and balance of mentality.
In fact, after doing exercise we feel good and can enjoy meals.
But, I wonder if exercise is really necessary and I want to know how many years there are the defference of lenght of lifespan from whether doing exercise or not.
We are born having with our bodies and they are made to move, so they are necessary to be moved, therefore we move them.That's all, I think.
I dare to say you had better have importance to how you pass your own days than you bother too much information.
