Sport is sport, after all
It's a difficult question to answer because both activities are beneficial and healthy.
I've been going to the gym since June, despite being a lazy person who doesn't like sports. At first, I was afraid that I would have left the gym after a month, but I have kept on until now. I try to go to the gym every day.
In the gym, I do all kinds of classes: hip-hop, zumba, work out, disco dance and thai chi. There is plenty of choice.
At first, it was difficult to find the necessary motivation. In fact, my only motivations were the money spent on the subscription and being able to leave the house. They sound more like excuses than motivations.
Over time, my motivation has increased and I feel better with myself.
Now I think I have developed more consistency and the gym has become a habit of mine. It is no longer a burden as it was months ago.
It takes perseverance, determination and discipline as for any goal we want to achieve in our life.
What do I think of the walks in the park?
Before joining the gym, I walked a lot and walking was the only physical activity I did. I love to walk, especially with my friend, and I also do it alone whenever I have the opportunity. I walk listening to music.
I don't have a favourite activity, as long as you move and have fun, it's irrelevant.
Do some sport.
