     こんにちは ~
  • I am Yaqian, from China, and I am a Chinese and English tutor! 
  • I graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University, where I had a lot of experience teaching Chinese for foreign students, mostly Japanese and Korean. I am big fan of Japanese culture and studied Japanese for two years. 
  • I was an English teacher in Turkey, and I taught students aged from 5 to 30 years old with elementry and intermidiate levels. Most of my students are university students office workers. My teaching style is interactive and relaxing, and can be adjusted to different learning styles and objectives. 
  • I am expecting my master degree of Psychology of Language at the University of Edinburgh. So my teaching methods will based on current academic research about second language acquisition. 
  • Since English is my second language, I understand the difficulties and challanges that come with it and can offer a perspective and various approaches on how to best learn a new language.
