Hello! My name is Debbie. I am Australian and English is my native language. I am highly familiar with the common, as well as the more complex components of the English language. However, beginner and intermediate learners to English are also welcome. 

I'm a recent graduate of the prestigious University of Western Australia (UWA) with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Cultural Studies. I have also been accepted into the top academic tertiary institution in Australia for English Literature - Australian National University - but which I declined in 2014 due to its distance from Perth (where I am situated).  

My in-depth article regarding Japanese pop culture for the UWA student magazine was published last month. I love everything about Japan and I am currently studying for the JLPT. I also love travelling. I have recently travelled to Norway, England and France. 

I have taught English to kindergarten level students to high school level students at Kumon tuition centre; many of whom consider English as their second language. I'm also advertised as a private tutor for English, English Literature and History in Perth, Australia. 

I am patient, enthusiastic and passionate about the English language and about my students' progress.
