Nice to meet you! I am Uncle Hide, an online Japanese tutor.

I have completed a 420-hour Japanese language teacher training course and have taught Japanese to many students who live all over the world. I help students develop their grammar, conversation, reading, and listening comprehension skills by adapting my curriculum and materials to meet their needs and levels.

In my classes, I emphasize a relaxed, self-paced learning atmosphere. My mission is, while students have fun communicating with me, that students learn polite Japanese and natural Japanese spoken by native speakers.

In Free Talk, I promote a deeper understanding of Japan by exposing students to Japanese culture and customs.
