Nice to meet you.
My name is Miyuki Maeda.

In my sign language courses, I focus on
beginner to pre-intermediate and basic lessons for people with hearing impairments.

You will learn natural communication skills in sign language, no matter your current level.

If you have any questions during the lesson,
please do not hesitate to ask me.

I have been using sign language since I was 10 years old, after having a severe hearing loss at the age of 3.
I have been signing for 40 years now, and I am rejoiced that the number of sign language cafés are increasing
and how it has become easier to interact with others and to understand each other.

I have worked as a staff member at a sign language café in Osaka City and at a sign language café in Kobe City,
where I was in charge of sign language clubs.

For my Zoom/Skype background during the lesson, I use AI-generated café scenes.
