My name is Michael Bardon, I am teaching english in Tokyo for stock market Companies such as Sonpo Japan or Asahikasei since 2 years now.
I have a Bachelor of art in French litterature and in foreign languages ( English- Japanese)
I am a former special unit commando in French Forces.
And a martial art instructor since more than 14 years.

I deliver my lesson through 1 hour, talking about a topic with you.

French lessonsFrench is my mother tongue that I am teaching since 10 years.
I am making lessons for beginners, intermediate and upper level.
1)I am giving you training session for DAFL A1-A2-B1-B2 level.
2)I also provide lesson for people who need it for their jobs, for making a trip or for fun.

Learning different languages is essential for your health. New scientific studies says that learning a foreign language prevent you from degenerative diseases as Alzheimer when you get older.
My policy is to make you reach your goals.
Workout fitness lessons:
I am training martial art since I am 4 year old.
My workout sessions focus on your skills improvement and/or providing rehabilitation exercise if you get injured.
I make coaching session to help you build a routine to improve your everyday life.
My Approach to Online TrainingOnline training is a way to work with a coach for literally anywhere in the world.
For instance, I have worked with clients from Europe in years past, and it’s no different than working someone from right here in Japan.
In many ways, having an online coach is no different from having a coach work with you in real time.I’m going to assess both your posture and movement, looking for issues that could possibly hold you back.
I’m going to write a customized program, based on your unique needs and goals.
And I’m going to coach you on your lifting technique, and help you improve your form on the various lifts
we’ll rely on videos so that I can still review your technique and give you things to work on from week-to-week.
