Hello my name is John Green I'm a native speaker from England. I have a 120 hour TEFL certificate, and I've been teaching conversation English for the past 10 years at the same school in Thailand. 
I'm a very easy person to talk to because I like to teach as a friend and not just as a teacher. I find if a student is talking to a friend they are more open and relaxed this way you are learning at a faster rate. I think it is also very important to listen to what a student says, and then try to expand on what they are saying. I like to make everything easy I know a student knows many words but does not always know in which order to use them, this is not a problem because as a friend I can show you. The more you speak the more confidence you will become. 
I want you to be relaxed at all times. To ask as many questions as you want. This way you are going to improve your English.
