Hello, nice to meet you! 

My name is Joselene, originally born in Japan but raised in Yorkshire, England, I am a native English speaker. I have lived in London for 4 years and moved to Japan in Spring 2019. I have extensive teaching experience, having taught English in Japan in private one-to-one tutoring classes and as a Toshin Freelance teacher. Before coming to Japan, in England, I taught debating and public speaking skills at DebateMate and was an EFL Teacher for 3 years at my local community group in Bradford. 

I love learning languages and have lived in France, England and now Japan. I have travelled to many countries including: India, Morocco, Burkina Faso, Thailand, Myanmar, Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Italy, Spain, Sweden and Israel. Where would you like to go?

In my spare time, I enjoy doing yoga, meditation and cooking. What are your hobbies? 

   


I want learning to be fun and engaging, I hope we can learn more about each other's culture and practice English and other skills together!
