What my lessons look like:
Learn to be understand and be understood is my motto. I keep my lessons fun. They are conversation-style lessons, meaning that you get to speak and practice a lot -- forget about those boring textbooks! I have a lot of patience and will always make sure you understood the lesson. 

A lot of people ask me - why do you teach conversation?
Think about it: Why do people learn languages? Right, to communicate. A lot of people waste their precious time on activities that don't give them constant opportunities to communicate. I've been there, I've done it too. It's time for a real conversation!

My teaching experience:
I have always wanted a job that would combine my two biggest passions - helping people and traveling; after many years of being lost, I realized that teaching was the answer. And so I started my career in languages in 2011. In the past, I accomplished language studies at some of the best universities of Belarus (MSLU and BSU) and have recently earned a TESOL certificate from one of the American language schools - LinguaEdge. I have done some freelance work including translations of movie trailers, scientific documents, magazine articles, interviews and personal websites -- but I definitely enjoy teaching more than anything else!

I have instructed beginner, intermediate and advanced conversational English, vocabulary and grammar online and held video lessons and in-person sessions with people from numerous countries: Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Italy, Brazil, Russia, Algeria, Egypt, Germany, Yemen, Indonesia, Turkey, Vietnam...you name it! Teaching conversation is my specialty, and I would love to help you improve your English Conversation skills.

A little more about me:
Belarusian is my mother tongue - I was born in the Republic of Belarus, but living in the U.S. for quite a long time helped me achieve native-like fluency in American English. I am also fluent in Spanish (Argentina).

My interests include:
-international traveling and being in wild nature (I'm a nomadic soul!)
-music (I sing and I play the guitar, the ukulele and the piano)
-spirituality
-healthy eating (I've been vegan for a number of years now) and farming (I used to spend all my summers helping my family grow delicious stuff!)
-reading, photograpy, art and theater
-making YouTube videos
-activities like yoga, swimming, walking, hiking, snorkeling, camping, running, dancing.
