Nice to ‘meet’ you. I'm Megu. I’m currently working at a college in Japan, teaching Japanese language to exchange students (beginners to advanced level). I lived in Hawaii for more than 10 years while studying for Master degree and Ph.D., and came back to Japan in last March. I had been teaching both Japanese and English at local colleges.  I love hiking, going out to the beach and BBQing, but since it's cold here in Japan, I am into hot yoga now. :) 

If you were thinking of living in or traveling to Japan, let’s learn Japanese language now, and use it there!! Learning language means learning its culture. The more you learn Japanese language, the more you will see, hear, and appreciate things in Japan. Since I had been teaching Japanese language in the U.S., I can teach Japanese grammar and expressions in English if needed. If you have cultural questions, I can explain it in English.

I can also modify my lesson plans, depending on your needs. You might learn Japanese for JLPT, homestay, traveling etc… Please do not hesitate to ask!! It is very important that I know what you really want to learn. Let’s learn Japanese language happily and have fun using it. J
