Hello! My name is IMiin and I am a Personal Trainer with the following certifications:
- National Association of Sport Medicine (NASM) - Corrective Exercise Specialist
- EBFA - Barefoot Training Specialist
- Raw Living Institute Australia - Certified Raw Food Instructor
I have more than 10 years of coaching clients to help them reach their personal fitness goals.
Having worked at international fitness gyms, I gained wide experiences in working with individuals from different age, lifestyle and health backgrounds. The goal is to help everyone build a healthy and active lifestyle!
From my qualifications, you can see that I focus on teaching exercises that correct your posture and movement patterns to prevent pain and injuries. I have successfully helped clients with existing knee and low-back pain perform many exercises smoothly, and reducing their shoulder and neck tensions.
Here, once you signed up to train with me, I will be coaching you Posture, Strength and Conditioning exercises to:
- Improve cardiovascular health
- Build strength and muscle tone
- Lose weight
- Achieve balanced posture
- Improve Flat Foot
