Hello, thanks for looking at my profile...my name is Scott!  I was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.  I am currently living in Portland, Oregon USA which is betwen Seattle and San Francisco.  After graduating from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Finance, I became a banker for first 7 years of my career.  I found out that banking didn't fit my personality too good, so I changed my career to Human Resources.  

I worked in Japan for about 10 years, the first 7 years for Sakura Bank (now called Mitsui-Sumitomo Bank) and for 3 years in Human Resources at Kao Corporation.  Now, I am a HR Manager for big Japanese food company.  Very experienced in both normal "everyday English" and business English.  

I can help with both experienced speakers of English as well as beginners (and mix Japanese into lessons if needed to get across a better understanding).  Benefits are:
