Hi!

My name is María and I'm an English tutor. 

I began teaching English 15 years ago. When I finished teacher training college, I learnt about ALL (Alternative Language Learning) Method. Among the things I discovered, I realized that teaching for the two sides of the brain is a MUST. My main objective is to broaden my teaching strategies bearing in mind the differences between the two hemispheres of the brain. As a result I design an optimal and motivating learning environment where all the student's potentials are taken into account in order to produce long-lasting effects to transform the learning experience into a memorable one. 

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English Language from the Argentinean Technological University. I specialize in Business English, English for specific purposes (ESP), process and academic writing and Literature. I use different resources to develop the skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing) necessary to use the English/Spanish language.

Also, I love photography. If you want to talk about pictures, I surely have some ideas up my sleeve!

I'm the mother of a four-year-old boy. He bilateral cochlear implants in November 2012 and is now discovering the world of sound. I have learnt a lot about cochlear implants and the ear!
