Lesson Overview:

This lesson focuses on improving students' ability to write clear and effective English sentences by introducing and practising the use of collocations. Collocations are groups of words that frequently occur together in English, and they play a crucial role in sounding natural and fluent.

Objective:

To improve students' ability to write comprehensible English sentences using collocations from the "1000 English Collocations in 10 minutes a day" book.

Assessment:

• Evaluate students' progress by assessing their ability to use collocations correctly in their writing.

• Observe their willingness to practise.

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance as needed.

  

   

Materials:

• "1000 English Collocations in 10 minutes a day" book by Shayna Oliveira

• Virtual whiteboard 

• Markers or pens

• Paper and pencils for students
