This is a roleplaying lesson oriented towards people with jobs in booking or reservations, whether that be for hotels, spas, or music venues, et cetera.

Prior to the lesson, you can tell me what field you work in.

I will play the role of someone calling to book an appointment or a space in English, and we will carry on the conversation until the booking is completed! I will break character to correct your grammar and pronunciation as well as to offer alternative vocabulary.
