Kurspaket Inhalt
Dies ist ein 4-Kurse Paket. Du erhältst 3 "Gutscheine" sobald die Buchung bestätigt wurde. Mit den Gutscheinen kannst Du dann die verbleibenden Kurse buchen. Bitte beachte, dass alle Kurse in diesem Kurspaket innerhalb von 60 Tagen ab Bestätigungsdatum der ersten Kursbuchung belegt werden müssen, da sie sonst verfallen.

★こちらのレッスンの特徴★
・一回のレッスンで長時間じっくり取り組みたい方、詳しく質問をしたい方や、
時間を沢山取れるので、レッスン内容をゆとりを持って柔軟に決めたい方にオススメです。
・ご希望のレッスン内容をチャットで事前に打ち合わせした後に、当日のレッスンの流れを決めます。
＜レッスン内容のリクエスト例＞
・日本語能力試験（JLPT）について対策をしたい、質問をしたい
・日本語の文章の添削（てんさく）をして欲しい
・敬語を学びたい、就活や入試の面接の練習をしたい
・ロールプレイをしたい
・文章を日本語に翻訳してほしい

★こちらのレッスン受講の流れ★
自己紹介（初対面の場合）＆事前に伺った希望する学習内容を確認（約3分程度）➡︎希望学習内容に沿ってレッスン開始（約45分程度）➡︎最後にレッスンフィードバック（約2分程度）
（注意：状況により時間配分は前後する場合があります。）

＊ご希望のレッスン内容や量によって、「カスタマイズレッスン」または「カスタマイズレッスン25分4回パック」をおすすめする場合がありますが、まずはご相談ください！

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

• Weniger als 24 Stunden vor Kursbeginn→ Coupon will be consumed.
• No-Show→ Coupon will be consumed.
