Chair yoga is, of course, yoga done in a chair!
We will be doing easy movements matched with deep breathing.
These easy movements will improve your flexibility and strength to help prevent bed confinement, falling down, etc.
They can be done easily in a chair, so it’s great for people who don’t have confidence in their physical strength.
We will also mix in some facial yoga, which helps prevent aspiration pneumonitis and increase your speaking volume.
