2) Project Planning – Planning to plan, Elements of a project plan, Value
Analysis, Project Constructability Planning, Cost Planning, Financial planning.
3) Project Management Body Of Knowledge (PMBOK) - A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide) is PMI’s flagship publication and is a fundamental resource for effective project management in any industry.

The guide includes the standard for Project Management. The standard is the foundation upon which the vast body of knowledge builds, and the guide serves to capture and summarize that knowledge.

5) Work Breakdown Structure – To understand the concept behind a WBS.To understand the importance of a complete and accurate WBS from a planning and executing point of view.
6) Contracts & Negotiations – The Law of Contracts, Law of Purchase & Sell, Credit Agreement Law, Cession, Delegation & Assignment.
7) Microsoft Project Management Software - use the software tool to develop schedule, assign resources to tasks, track progress, manage budget & analyse workloads.
8) Cost Management – Role of Financial Management, Financial Feasibility Analysis, Cost, Budgeting & Variance Analysis, Payback Period, Return on Investment, Nett Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Cash Flow Analysis, Risk & Uncertainty.
9) Project Scheduling & Control – Gantt chart, PERT & CPM Model & application.
10) Materials Management – Basic concepts in managing materials, Optimising input costs, managing suppliers, Principle of determining prices, choosing contract payment terms, &Inventory management.
11) Risk Management - A process used by PM to minimise any potential problem that may negatively affect a project schedule. It's an unexpected event that might affect people, processes & technology involved in the project. The lesson is also about learning various methods used to mitigate risk.
12) Project Management Case Studies - Lesson focuses on PM principles and methodologies, their application, and implementation for a successful outcome or failure.
13) Project Management - most commonly used terms & jargon.
