Come flow with Marika!!
Marika is RYT 300 certified yoga instructor (usually) based in NYC. She's been teaching both vinyasa and 26&2/ hot traditional yoga for a few years in 5 different yoga studios.

Marika will customize the sequence based on student's need and mobility! Take an hour of your day to practice yoga, do something great for YOU. Cultivate your awareness physically and emotionally to take care of you, the most precious one.

All levels welcome! Class will be led in English.
