・I want to add a flexible way of looking at things to my repertoire.

the most important thing for me is to “walk alongside your soul” as I proceed with the sessions.

I will help you untangle the stereotypes, assumptions, and thoughts
that tend to be the “root cause of your problems.”

You may be surprised to find out that the things
you “take for granted” and unconsciously replay on repeat
are not beneficial to yourself or to those around you.

By carefully updating this area of your subconscious mind, you can establish a positive cycle.

This is recommended for those who are tired of temporary measures.

There are shallow roots that can be removed in one session,
while there are deeper roots that need two or three sessions to be removed.
When these roots are removed, things that used to bother you will seem smaller,
your image of yourself will change,
you will feel more positive about things,
and you will feel less constricted in your daily life and have a wider range of options.

Lastly:

・I may go up to 5 minutes beyond your set lesson time, with your consent.

I would be grateful if you could set aside some extra time for this session.

・You may find it useful to have a pen and a notepad with you to take notes for yourself.
