This short term Chinese conversation training series consists of threshold (volume 1 and 2), elementary, pre-intermediate, intermediate, and advanced editions.
The Pre-Intermediate edition has 24 chapters that cover daily, academic, and social communication skills.
Once you get through every chapter of this book, you should be ready for HSK Level 5 or the Chinese Kentei Level 2.
