Lesson Pack Details
This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 60 days of the confirmation date of the first request.

下記の５０分のレッスン全てに適用可能です。
・楽しく英会話（入門）５０分
・楽しく英会話（初級）５０分
・楽しく英会話（中級）５０分
英会話は継続して行っていくことで身についていきます。皆様が継続してレッスンを受けるきっかけになればとレッスンパックを作成させて頂きました。
通常５０分２９００円のレッスン×４回＝１１６００円が、１１００円お得な１０５００円で受けられます。
レッスンをご予約の際に、どのレッスンをご希望かお知らせ下さい。
※ 2020年3月末頃から１ヶ月程産休を頂く予定です。その為、4回パックレッスンの使用期限は60日となっておりますが、その期間のレッスンが出来ない事をご了承の上ご購入下さい。
産休期間に機嫌が切れてしまう場合は、その分の期限を延長いたします。ご理解頂けますと幸いです。

Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

• Es posible hacerlo en cualquier momento.
Luego de que la solicitud de clase haya sido confirmada
• Menos de 12 horas antes de que la clase de comienzo→ Coupon will be consumed.
• No-Show→ Coupon will be consumed.

(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
