Zazen Meditation - Short
Description
With this short meditation session we will start with a quick stretch before sitting down and practicing zazen meditation for 15 minutes, at the end we will also have a short discussion about our experience and progress.
No experience is required!
I have sat and shared this practice with both complete beginners and people with many years of meditative experience.
In this lesson you will learn the techniques and knowledge required to practice alone and in your own time.
All you need is a thick cushion (or zafu) to sit on and we're ready to go.
If you have mobility issues and would prefer to sit on a chair, that's fine too.
My practice involves Soto and Rinzai Zen teachings, but also includes a lot of Taoist and Stoic philosophy.
