I am not a trained counselor. But I have enough experience to understand life like anybody else. I am understanding that the most important thing is to feel good, feel better. Whatever we want in our lives, we want because we feel it will make us feel happy. And this lesson is just about that. Understanding our emotions and learning to feel better because many-a-times, without realizing we get into a rut or loop of thinking. And I would love to help you with understanding the pattern of your thoughts so that we could play with them to have more happiness and fun in our lives.
