Cancellation of pack lessons
• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
Cancelling individual requests in a pack
• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the following policy.

今次老師教的是大家的日本語第27課。在課堂開始時她會先跟我用日語聊一些簡單的生活話題，然後跟我覆習上次教的東西/我的弱項, 之後就教新的課文。她會因材施教，也很有耐心，整體上課感覺很好。Sonntag, 12. September 2021, 17:36 -

從12月開始, 每個禮拜都會上老師的課, 目前上了12課, 真的感受到了紮實的進步, 老師也會一直用對話的方式練習, 也會設計小遊戲/互動等加深印象, 有說錯的文法也會及時給予糾正, 氣氛也很活潑有趣不無聊, 每個禮拜都很期待上課, 未來也會持續上老師的課!Dienstag, 20. April 2021, 03:03 -
