I enjoyed another cooking lesson with Keiko. I had some leftover daikon and wanted to learn how to make Japanese side dishes without anything particular in mind. Keiko suggested a great dish and helped me work with the materials that I had to create the side dish. Also, she suggested another tasty way to make use of the rest of the daikon, which was surprisingly good. I would definitely recommend this lesson!

I learned to cook a kind of layered Japanese soup with Keiko. She can speak English well, so I could have understand her explanations of how to make the soup. It was very delicious--better than anything I've eaten recently. I would high recommend this class.

I love the mushroom and egg soup, it's very simple and easy but it really taste good. I think kids would love it too!

Keiko’s cooking class was such a fun experience. We cooked at the same time and the recipe is not complicated??.She gave me not only the recipe but also some knowledge about the difference of leafy vegetable and rootcrops vegetables.She is very kind teacher.And the best part of the seasion was the tasting time??. And the result was good because the taste was really yummy??????

This time, I wanted to try making a Japanese dish with sweet potato, and Keiko suggested a dish that I hadn't heard of before. She took me through the steps of making the dish, so it was pretty easy to make. The sauce was also simple to put together for amateur cooks like me. I was happy that I was able to enjoy such a delicious dessert dish with just a few ingredients. Keiko also provided the recipe in English in the feedback, so I will be making it many more times. Thank you again!
